About SnapTools
SnapTools exists because of a specific kind of annoyance. You need to shrink fifty photos so a form will accept them. You need to stamp your name on a batch of images before posting them. You need a QR code for a Wi-Fi password. Each task takes two minutes and is far too small to justify installing software, creating an account, or uploading your personal photos to a server you have never heard of.
So we built one place that does these jobs in the browser, for free, without asking anything of you.
Three principles
- Your files stay on your device. Every tool uses JavaScript and the browser's canvas element. There is no upload queue and no server-side processing. You can disconnect from the internet and most tools keep working — that is the easiest way to verify the claim.
- No gates. No registration, no daily quota, no "free for three files", no watermark stamped on your output by us.
- Explain, don't just execute. Each tool page includes a short explanation of what is happening and why the recommended settings work, so you can make your own decisions instead of trusting a slider you do not understand.
How the site is funded
SnapTools is supported by display advertising. That means you may see ads on some pages. We do not sell your files, we do not run affiliate link injection, and we do not place ads in positions that interrupt use of a tool. If advertising ever becomes incompatible with those rules, we would rather drop the ads than the standard.
Limitations, honestly
These are browser tools, which brings real constraints. Very large batches depend on your device's memory, so a phone will handle fewer files at once than a laptop. We do not offer cloud storage, history, or cross-device sync — closing the tab means the results are gone, so download what you need before you leave.
We also deliberately keep the tool count small. A handful of tools that work properly is more useful than hundreds of thin ones.
