1. Acceptance

By using SnapTools you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. The service

SnapTools provides free, browser-based utilities for processing images and text. The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may add, change or remove tools at any time, and we do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree to use the tools only for lawful purposes and only with content you have the right to use. You must not use SnapTools to:

• process, create or distribute content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing or obscene;
• infringe another party's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
• create misleading content intended to deceive, defraud or impersonate;
• attempt to disrupt the site, probe its security, or extract data through automated means at a scale that degrades service for others.

4. Intellectual property

Your content stays yours. We claim no ownership over the images or text you process, and because processing happens in your browser we never receive them.

The site itself — its design, code, text and branding — is owned by SnapTools and protected by applicable law. You may not copy, resell or redistribute substantial parts of the site without permission.

5. Advertising and third-party links

The site is funded by advertising and may contain links to third-party sites. We do not control those sites or the advertisements displayed, and we are not responsible for their content, products or practices. Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The tools are provided without warranty of any kind. While we take care to make them accurate and reliable, we do not warrant that the results will meet your requirements or that processing will always be error-free. Always keep a copy of your original files.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapTools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising out of your use of — or inability to use — the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum amount permitted by law.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify SnapTools against claims arising from your use of the service in violation of these terms or of any applicable law.

9. Changes

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a revision means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is established, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you in your own country of residence.
